Effective Crisis Leadership: Introduction

The world is in an unprecedented time in our history. We are in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic without a vaccine, and it has been eight months since the first outbreak. How does a leader of a company or a team effectively lead through such a crisis? Our Applied Leadership workshop focuses on this question, and our objective is to provide a definition, reference key skills, why do they matter, and highlight understanding one’s self on how to lead effectively.
