These suggestions include: Updating training and for new and existing employees Ensure ample access and visibility to reporting channels, ensuring that there are always multiple ways to report an incident Ensure proper investigations, consider outside agencies, and NEVER allow for relation by keeping reports anonymous Leverage your hiring practices to vet new hires
