Great comparison of Starbucks and Facebook who both went through very public crises recently. To the author, Starbucks got it right; Facebook got it wrong, in terms of crisis leadership. Starbucks is in a far better position to minimize internal and public damage as an outcome to a racist incident in one of their stores. Enjoy!
