Identifying new leaders can be as difficult as developing them. Acknowledging that it is nearly impossible to anticipate what will be needed from leaders’ years from now when based on experiences, achievements and results alone, this article offers behavioral-based analysis of potential talents. Ultimately, it complements the overall performance-based analysis for the identification of talents, based on three psychological markers, defined in the article.
