Implicit racial bias is an unconscious behavior against a certain person based on their skin color and ethnicity. It is very common despite the fact that most people with whom this bias appears say they don’t have it. The most common place where I experienced this bias is the airport with the TSA. They do random checks and somehow I always fell in those random checks because of the way I look. nevertheless, the TSA says they do not choose the random sample based on anything related to race.
